MLPC's vision is to become a world-class laser micro/nano fabrication center of excellence in the Dayton Region through 

• Advancing the science and technology of laser materials processing
• A long-term partnership with the Air Force Research Laboratory
• A close working relationship with area universities 
• A focus on workforce development, on-the-job training and job retention
• Commercialization of laser material processing technology
• Serving as a model for other technology businesses
• Active participation in the Dayton Community

Mission
