02-02-12 Mound Laser Featured In “Controversy Rages over Medical Device Tax”

On January 29, 2012, Mound Laser & Photonics Center, Inc. (Mound Laser) was featured in a Dayton Daily News article “Controversy Rages over Medical Device Tax”. This article highlights many of the issues surrounding the 2013 medical device tax. In addtion to the article, Mound Laser has created a response. The response to the article explains in more detail the exact reasons for concern regarding the tax. Also, Kevin Hartke was featured on The 55KRC Morning Show with Brian Thomas to discuss the impact of the medical device tax on Mound Laser and the medical device industry.

02-01-12 Mound Laser Named a Top Workplace

On Sunday, January 29th, the Dayton Daily News published “The Dayton Metro Area Top Workplaces” – a list of the best places to work in the Dayton Metro Area. 99 companies participated in the program, and Mound Laser & Photonics Center, Inc. (Mound Laser) was ranked 18th among the top small businesses. The evaluation for the Top Workplaces program was based upon feedback from an employee survey.
